In 1881 Clara Sargent, aged 23, born in St. Feock, and husband William Sargent, aged 24, born in Bodmin, shoemaker, were living at 21 Union St., East Stonehouse Devon.
In 1891 Clara J. Sargent, aged 33, born in Feock, and husband William J. Sargent, aged 34, born in Bodmin, labourer in marble works, were living at 33 Union St., East Stonehouse with son Fred (3) of East Stonehouse.
In 1901 Clara J. Sargent, aged 42, born in Truro, and husband William J. Sargent, aged 44, born in Bodmin, general labourer, were living at 70 East St., East Stonehouse with children (born in East Stonehouse): Ethel (15), draper's shop assistant, and Fred (13).

Breeze (10y 9m), and (b) Clara's daughters Ethel Sargent (34y 11m) of Stonehouse Plymouth, single, clerk, and Doris M Sargent (18y 6m) of Stonehouse, domestic.
In October 1937 Clara Jane Breeze, widow, was granted Administration (with Will) of her late husband George Breeze.
In the 1939 Register Clara J Breeze (b. 15 Feb 1859), widowed, incapacitated, was with (her grandson) Fred W. Sargent (b. 27 Aug 1910), single, charge hand engineer's toolmaker - tool setter, at 38 Frances Road, Birmingham, Warwickshire. At the same address was (Clara's daughter) Ethel Sargent (b. 8 Jul 1885), single, housekeeper.
