In 1861 William Perrow, aged 48, born in Penryn, cordwainer, was boarding with James Thomas of St. Ives, cordwainer, and his family in Gabriel St., St. Ives. The census recorded William's status as unmarried.
In 1871 William Perrow, aged 61, born in Penryn, shoemaker, and [2nd] wife Margaret, aged 45, born in Penryn, were living in Oliver Court, Budock. With them was son Thomas (16) of Penryn, shoemaker.
