In 1851 William Perrow, aged 40, born in Penryn Cornwall, cordwainer, and wife Rebecca, aged 26, born in Gwenap, were living in West St., Penryn Borough. With them was son Joseph (9) of Gwenap.

In 1861 William Perrow, aged 48, born in Penryn, cordwainer, was boarding with James Thomas of St. Ives, cordwainer, and his family in Gabriel St., St. Ives. The census recorded William's status as unmarried.

In 1871 William Perrow, aged 61, born in Penryn, shoemaker, and [2nd] wife Margaret, aged 45, born in Penryn, were living in Oliver Court, Budock. With them was son Thomas (16) of Penryn, shoemaker.

Presumably died between 1871 and 1881, as he does not appear again in the Censuses. He was not buried in Budock.
