Abstract of the Will of Thomas Sincock of the Parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 12 Feb 1835, proved 23 Jun 1835. ²

Gives to his wife Philipia Sincock all his household goods, chattels, rents and profits for the term of her natural life.

Gives his clock to his grandson Thomas Combelack, son of John Combelack by his daughter Grace Combelack.

Gives £1 to his grandson Thomas Sincock, the son of his son Thomas Sincock.

Gives £1 to his grandson Thomas Sincock, the son of his son William Sincock.

Appoints his son-in-law John Combelack sole executor of his last will and testament.

The remainder of his personal estate he gives to Thomas Sincock, William Sincock and John Sincock, his three sons, and to Ann Roberts the wife of John Roberts, Jane Dunstan the wife of Edward Dunstan, and Grace Combelack the wife of John Combelack, his three daughters.
