Research Notes:

John Moyle was probably the son of John Moyle and Elizabeth James who were married in Wendron on 22 Jun 1657. There is no christening record for John Moyle. In fact, John's eldest son, James, born in 1688, is the first baptismal entry recorded in the Wendron parish register for a member of the Moyle family.

John Moyle was a blacksmith who lived and worked in Porkellis Wartha, Wendron. His dwelling house with smithy was re-leased in 1727 (see note under wife Mary).
