Abstract of the Will of John Roberts of the Parish of Towednack in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 15 Jan 1757, proved 12 May 1760. 2

Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Mary Cock.

Gives 1 shilling to his son Richard Roberts.

Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Ann Thomas.

Gives 1 shilling to his son Thomas Roberts.

All the rest of his real and personal estate he gives to his wife Mary Roberts, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.

An inventory of the goods & chattels of John Roberts late of the parish of Towednack, yeoman, deceased, was taken and appraised on 12 Mar 1760 by Peter Curnow and John Curnow. Total value: £111 14s.

John married Mary Curnow, daughter of Peter Curnow of Towednack and Jane Harris, about 1711. (Mary Curnow was christened on 5 Jan 1691/2 in Towednack, Cornwall and was buried on 15 Jan 1777 in Towednack, Cornwall.)
