In 1901 John Dunn (49) of Crowan, tin mine agent, widower, was living in Condurrow, Camborne. With him were children (born in Camborne): Annie Dunn (18), Edith Dunn (16), John Stanley Dunn (12), Charles Stuart Dunn (12), grandson Clifford Oxland Williams (5) of Camborne.

"DEATH AT CONDURROW.—Mr. John Dunn, of Condurrow, who died on Thursday last at the age of 57 years, was well known as a rock drill contractor for Holman Bros., Ltd. He was at one time an agent at Wheal Kitty, St. Agnes, but for many years has been working at Carn Brea and South Crofty Mines. The deceased was a prominent member of the Wesleyan society at Condurrow, and filled the offices of steward and class leader up to the time of his death."
