Gives £150 to his son Samuel and £100 to his son James if they should return to England. If either of them should die abroad or not return, then he wills their portions be equally divided among his surviving children.

Gives to his sister Elizabeth Bennetts the use of the house now occupied by her during her lifetime.

Gives to his wife Mary the interest and profits from the residue of his property during her lifetime, along with the interest of the portions bequeathed to his sons Samuel and James until their return.

Gives to his daughter Mary his leasehold property called Boshorn currently occupied by James Pendray. If she should die without offspring he directs that the premises return to the residue of his property.

After the death of his wife he gives the residue of his property to his sons William and Alfred, to be equally divided between them. If either of them should die without offspring he gives one half of the leasehold property to the survivor and the other half to his son George.

Appoints his wife Mary as sole executrix of his last will and testament. If his wife should die before his youngest son reaches the age of twenty-one years, then he appoints his two brothers Samuel and William Bennetts and his said son George to be his guardians until he comes of age.
