Expressed to his eldest brother Richard Penkevell, Esq. his intention to live with his nephew Hugh Penkevell, Esq. the son of the said Richard, and to make Hugh the heir of his personal estate.
Witnesses: John Trevelyan, Esq., William Blight, gent., Richard Prust, gent, and William Warren with others.
An inventory of his goods & chattels of Benjamin Penkevell late of St. Minver, gentwas taken 19 Feb 1643/4 by E. S. and Thomas Moyle and valued to £90 8s. Administration was granted on 26 Feb 1643/4 to Hugh Penkevell, gent., nephew of the deceased.
