Abstract of the Will of William Pendarves of Pendarves (in the Parish of Camborne) in the County of Cornwall, Knight, written 21 Feb 1725/6, proved 25 Jun 1728. 4

Gives to his wife Dame Penelope Pendarves all his lands already settled by Deed for the term of her natural life. Also gives to her his coach and coach horses, all his household goods at Pendarves except his plate and pictures, along with 100 guineas of gold.

Gives to his mother Grace Pendarves, widow, his tin bounds in North Downs in the parish of Redruth called Pendarves Bounds, giving her also 50 guineas of gold.

Gives to his sister Grace Pendarves, spinster, the reversion in fee after the death of his wife of all his fee simple lands.

All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his sister Grace Pendarves whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
