In 1703 Grace Pendarves was named as a beneficiary in her father's will, to receive £500 when she turns twenty-one.
In 1706 Grace Pendarvis the daughter of Thomas Pendarves deceased was named as a beneficiary in the will of her cousin Richard Pendarves of Pendarves, to receive £200.
In 1712 Grace Pendarves became a beneficiary of the will of her great-aunt Ann Hickes, widow, receiving a diamond gold ring and one guinea of gold.
In 1728/9 Grace succeeded to the estates of her late brother William Pendarves which she demised to her cousin John Stackhouse.
In 1736 Grace Coster was the sole beneficiary of her husband's will.
In 1737 Grace was sole executrix of her mother's will, receiving the profits of her tin bounds in the parish of Redruth the term of her natural life.
In 1760 Grace Percival became a beneficiary of her husband's will, receiving £6,000.

In the Name of God Amen I Grace Percivall of Pendarves in the County of Cornwall, Widow, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
First I do with all humble submission to the divine pleasure resign my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator in full hopes of receiving Pardon for all my Sins and being made Partaker of eternal Bliss by the Merits and Intercession of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and I bequeath my Body to the Earth to be decently and privately interred with Christian Burial and my Will and Desire is to be buried in Linnen not dressed for the Grave but to be wrapped in a clean Sheet and to be seen but by a very few Persons and to be buried in the Parish Church of Camborne as near my late Husband and honoured Mother as may be and as for the Disposal of my Estate and worldly Goods wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me for which and all other his Mercies I laud and bless his Holy Name for ever I give and devise the same in manner following
Whereas in and by an Indenture of Release or Settlement bearing Date the twenty seventh Day of October in the Year one thousand seven hundred and thirty six inrolled in his Majestys High Court of Chancery executed by a Lease for a Year precedent and made or mentioned to be made between me the said Grace Percivall by the Description of Grace Coster Widow the Relict of Robert Coster deceased and only Sister and Heir of Sir William Pendarves Knight deceased of the first Part Samuel Percivall Esquire my said late Husband of the second Part Robert Hoblyn Esqr since deceased of the third Part and Thomas Coster Esqr since also deceased and Joseph Percivall Merchant of the fourth Part duly executed previous to my Marriage with the said Samuel Percivall all my Manors Lands Hereditaments and Freehold Estate situate in the said County of Cornwall were settled to and upon certain uses and trusts therein expressed and declared And in and by the same Indenture all my Tyn Bounds in the County of Cornwall and other Part of my Personal Estate were settled to my separate Use during the Coverture and afterwards to and for such uses and Purposes as I should either by Deed or Will direct limit or appoint in which Indenture was contained a provisoe to this Effect that it should be lawful for me and the said Samuel Percivall at any time thenafter during our joint Lives by and with the Consent of them the said Robert Hoblyn Thomas Coster and Joseph Percivall the Trustees of such Settlement and the Survivors and Survivor of them by any Deed or Writing executed in the Presence of three Witnesses as therein mentioned to revoke alter change and make void all and every or any of the Trusts uses Limitations and Estates therein limited as should be thought fitting and convenient and by the same or any other Deed or Deeds Writing or Writings to create? declare limit or appoint any new or other use Trust or Limitation upon of or concerning the same Premises whereof such Revocation Alteration Change or making void should be made as may appear
And whereas in and by a certain Indenture bearing Date the seventh Day of August one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven made between the said Samuel Percivall and myself of the first Part the said Joseph Percivall of the second Part and William Phillips of Redruth in the County of Cornwall Gentleman and John Heylyn of Bristol Merchant of the third Part the said Samuel Percivall and my self by and with the Consent of the said Joseph Percivall the surviving Trustee testified by his being a Party thereto and signing and Sealing thereof have in Pursuance of the said recited Power and Authority revoked and made void all and singular the Uses and Trusts of such Settlement of and concerning the Manors Lands Hereditaments and Freehold Estate in such Settlement mentioned and comprised And in further Pursuance of such Power and Authority limited appointed and settled such Manors Lands Hereditaments and Freehold Estate to and upon certain new and other uses and Trusts as will appear thereby And whereas also in and by the said Indenture bearing Date the said seventh of August I the said Grace Percivall pursuant to the said Powers and Authorities to me reserved by my said Marriage Settlement and in Concurrence with the said Samuel Percivall have settled limited and appointed all my Tyn Bounds whatsoever situate and being in the County of Cornwall the Tyn Bounds on the North Downs called Pendarves Bounds only excepted to for and upon such Uses and Trusts in such Indenture expressed and declared Now I do hereby ratify and confirm the said Deed of Appointment and Settlement bearing Date the said seventh Day of August one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven and the Uses Trusts and Estates thereby limited and appointed in all respects save and Except that I charge all the Lands comprized therein with the Payment of the Annuity to Mrs. Patience Hoskins hereinafter mentioned
And as to all such Estate and Effects as are not comprized in the said Deed of Appointment and Settlement bearing Date the said seventh of August whereof I am seized or possessed I give appoint and dispose thereof as followeth that is to say And first as to the said Tyn Bounds called Pendarves Bounds I confirm my ever Honoured Mothers Will with respect thereto and do will and direct limit and appoint that the same Tin Bounds shall . . . . . . . and belong to the same Persons and for the same Estates Uses and Purposes as in my said Mothers Will are mentioned expressed and declared of and concerning the said Tyn Bounds I give to my Cousin Eleanor Hodge one of the Daughters of my late Cousin John Hoblyn of Roseworth the Sum of one hundred and twenty five Pounds
Also I give unto my my Cousin Edward Hoblyn of Tresodren In Trust to and for the sole and separate use of my Cousin Mary Bice the other daughter of my Cousin John Hoblyn of Roseworth exclusive of her Husband the like sum of one hundred and twenty five Pounds
Also I give to my Cousin Dorothy Spernon of Helstone Widow the sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds And in case of her Death in my Life time the same shall be paid to her Children in equall Proportions
Also I give to my Cousin Grace Hamley of St. Columb Widow the like sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds or to her Children in case of her Death equally
Also I give to James Thomas and Julia Keigwin the Sons and Daughter of my Cousin Anne Keigwin the late Wife of George Keigwin Gentleman the like Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds equally between them or the Survivors or Survivor of them
Also I give to my Cousin Elizabeth Hoblyn of Helstone aforesaid the Sum of one hundred Pounds and to her Neices Mary and Elizabeth Hoblyn one hundred Pounds each and to her Nephew John Hoblyn Surgeon the like sum of one hundred Pounds
Also I give to my Cousin John Soper of St. Columb Surgeon In Trust and to and for the sole and separate use of his sister Grace Seer exclusive of her Husband the sum of one hundred Pounds
Also I give unto James Dunn the elder of Redruth in the said County of Cornwall the Sum of one hundred Pounds
Also I give to Mrs. Patience Hoskins who now lives with me an Annuity of forty Pounds of lawful Money during her natural Life to be paid her by quarterly Payments and to issue out of all and singular my Lands and Hereditaments comprehended in the said Settlement which I charge therewith And in case of Non Payment of the said Annuity or yearly Rent Charge I give full Power to the said Patience Hoskins and her Assigns from time to time to distrain on such Lands for the same and in Cases of Distress for Rent Service But if it shall happen that there be any Dispute as to the Validity or Propriety of this Devise by reason I have not revoked the said Settlement and the said Patience Hoskins shall be delayed in Payment by means thereof In such case I do charge all my residuary personal Estate with such Annuity and do direct and charge my Executor to secure to the said Patience Hoskins the due Payment thereof with all Arrears according to my true Will and Intention
Also I give unto Alice Richard the Daughter of my late Cousin Thomas Richard of Camborne five Pounds yearly during her natural Life to be paid her by quarterly Payments
Also I give unto all my Servants living with me at my Death and who have been in my Service for the Space of one Year preceding the Sum of ten Pounds to each and every of them
Also I give unto my Cousin Catherine Vyvyan one of the Daughters of the late Sir Francis Vyvyan Baronet my Skrine? of Bedwork and the Gold Lockets and other Trinkets which are therein Also I give unto my Cousin Grace Vyvyan her sister my Dressing Box which was my late Mothers with all the Coins Medals and Rings therein Also I give unto the said Catherine Vyvyan and Grace Vyvyan and to each of them the sum of one hundred Pounds
Also I give unto Margaret Maderne of Camborne Widow five Pounds yearly during her Life to be paid her weekly and the like Sum yearly unto Grace Teage during her Life to be paid her weekly instead of what she lately received and to my old Servant James Edwards the like Sum yearly during his Life to be paid him also weekly
Also I give unto my Servant John Harris of Redruth the Sum of ten Pounds
I earnestly request and desire that the Heir or immediate Owner or Possessor for the time being of Pendarves Estate may constantly keep in Repair and beautify the Monuments and Tombs of my Uncles Alexander and William Pendarves and of my dearly beloved Brother Sir William Pendarves in Camborne Church and also beautify repair and keep clean my ever Honoured Fathers Monument in the Church of Higher St. Columb in Cornwall and also the Altar Piece in Camborne Church I direct that my Pictures now in Pendarves House may remain there and go therewith for ever as Heir Looms and that Pendarves House may be always kept in good Repair
I desire that twelve poor Women of Camborne Parish may carry me to the Grave for which I direct three Guineas of Gold to be given to each of them with a pair of Gloves
All my residuary personal Estate of what Nature or Kind soever I give unto John Stackhouse Fellow of Exeter College in Oxford the second Son of the Reverend Doctor William Stackhouse of Trehane in Cornwall his Executors Administrators and Assigns And I do constitute the said John Stackhouse the sole Executor of this my last Will
And further I will and declare that any Gift Bequest or Disposition by me in any Paper or Writing under my Hand subsequent to those Presents shall be esteemed and taken as Part of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said Grace Percival have to this my Will contained in three Sheets and to this last my Hand and Seal the third Day of December in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and sixty one

Whereas I Grace Percival of Pendarves in the County of Cornwall have by the Blessing of God enjoyed a comfortable Subsistance and Health for which and all other his Mercies I laud his holy Name I do make this and publish it as a Codicil to my last Will and Testament and desire it may be annexed thereto and do direct that it shall be taken as part thereof to all Intents and Purposes and Whereas I the said Grace Percival did by my last Will dated the third Day of December one thousand seven hundred and sixty one given unto my Cousin Edward Hoblyn of Tresodren In Trust to and for the sole and separate Use of my Cousin Mary Bice the Daughter of my Cousin John Hoblyn of Roseworth exclusive of her Husband the Sum of one hundred and twenty five Pounds Now I do hereby revoke and disannul that Part of my said Will so far as it relates to the said Mary Bice she having received of me the Sum of twenty Pounds and instead thereof I do hereby give unto my said Cousin Edward Hoblyn William Hodge of the Parish of Perran in Zabulo and William Phillips of the Parish of Redruth in the said County of Cornwall Gentleman and the Survivor of them and to the Executors and Administrators of the Survivor of them In Trust to and for the sole and separate Use of my said Cousin Mary Bice exclusive of her Husband the Residue thereof being one hundred and five Pounds
And Whereas I the said Grace Percival did by my said last Will give to my Cousin Eleanor Hodge Wife of the said William Hodge the Sum of one hundred and twenty five Pounds Now I do hereby revoke and disannul that Part of my said Will so far as it relates to the said Eleanor Hodge she having received of me the Sum of twenty Pounds and instead thereof I do hereby give unto the said Eleanor Hodge the residue thereof being one hundred and five Pounds
And whereas I the said Grace Percival did my said last Will give to my Cousin Dorothy Spernon of Helstone Widow the Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds and in case of her Death in my Life time the same should be paid to her Children in equal Proportions Now I do hereby revoke and disannul that Part of my said Will and instead thereof I do hereby give unto the said William Phillips and James Richards of Helstone aforesaid Mercer and the Survivor of them and to the Executors and Administrators of the Survivor of them the said Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds In Trust and to and for the Uses following that is to say that the Interest of the said Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds shall be annually paid to the said Dorothy Spernon for and during her natural Life And from and after her Decease in further Trust that the said Principal Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds shall be equally divided and paid between and among the Children of the said Dorothy Spernon and their proper or lawful Representative or Representatives
And whereas I the said Grace Percival did by my said last Will give to James Thomas and Julia Keigwin the Sons and Daughter of my Cousin Anne Keigwin the late Wife of George Keigwin Gentleman the like Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds equally between them or the Survivors or Survivor of them Now I do hereby revoke and disannul that part of my said Will so far as it relates to James the son of the said Anne Keigwin he having received of me the Sum of sixty Pounds And therefore I give unto him the residue of his third part of the said Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds being twenty three Pounds six Shillings and eight Pence (and as to the remaining one hundred sixty six Pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence I do hereby ratify and confirm to be paid unto the said Thomas and Julia Keigwin that is to say unto each of them the sum of eighty three Pounds six Shillings and eight Pence)* according to the true Intention of my said Will Provided always and I do hereby declare that it is my true Intent and Meaning that if at any time any Loss shall happen of the said Principal Sums or any part thereof or of the Interest or Proceed thereof without the wilful Neglect or Default of my Trustees or either of them named in this Codicil by Failure of the Security or Securities upon which the same shall or may be placed out yet notwithstanding my Trustees nor either of them nor their or either of their Executors or Administrators shall be charged or chargeable to make good any such Loss
In Witness whereof I the said Grace Percivall have to this Codicil contained in three Sheets of Paper set my Hand to each of the preceding Sheets and to this last my Hand and Seal the eighth Day of April in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and sixty three.

Whereas I Grace Percivall of Pendarves in the County of Cornwall Widow have by a Codicil annexed unto my last Will and bearing equal Date herewith given unto Julia the Daughter of my cousin Ann Keigwin the late Wife of George Keigwin Gentleman the Sum of eighty three Pounds six Shillings and eight Pence together with her Part or Share of the several Legacies in the said Codicil given unto James and Thomas Keigwin which in case of the Death of either of them the said James or Thomas Keigwin would devolve unto her the said Julia as Survivor to either or both of them Now I do by these Presents which I do make and publish as a farther Codicil unto my said last Will revoke and disannul that part of the said Codicil so far as it relates to the said Julia Keigwin and do give the said Sum of eighty three Pounds six Shillings and eight Pence together with such Part or Share of the said Legacies given in the said Codicil to the said James and Thomas Keigwin as in the Case of the Death of either of them would devolve unto the said Julia as Survivor to either or both of them as aforesaid unto William Phillips of Redruth in the said County Gentn and to James Richard of the Borough of Helstone Mercer In Trust for the sole use and Benefitt of the said Julia Keigwin
