Gives 10 shillings to the poor of St. Veep.
Gives £100 to his eldest daughter Susan, to be paid to her when she turns twenty five.
Gives to his second daughter Rebecca £90, to be paid to her when she turns twenty five.
Gives to his third daughter Mary £80, to be paid to her when she turns twenty five.
Gives to his fourth daughter Ann £80, to be paid to her when she turns twenty five.
Gives £80 to his youngest daughter Elizabeth, to be paid to her when she turns twenty five.
Gives 10 shillings to his sister Elizabeth Francis.
Gives 20 shillings to his sister Martha Leach.
Gives to his son Richard his household goods, plough stuff, timber and timber works.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his wife Anne Hawke and to his son Richard Hawke, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
Nominates as overseers of his will his friends Sammuel Noy?, clerk, Thomas Fuge*, gent., John Mishell and Thomas Prout.
Wills to his son his tenement called Winnick, ten years hence.
