In 1758 Mary Thomas became a beneficiary of the will of her grandfather, Richard Thomas of Veryan, gent, receiving £400 and £5 for mourning.
In 1806 Mary Collins wife of Edward Collins was the sole executrix of the will of her maternal uncle Richard Thomas of Tretheage, Esq.
In 1827 Mary Collins, widow, was the sole executrix of her late husband's will, receiving his leasehold house and premises in Colleton Crescent in Exeter Holy Trinity, Devon.
