James and Grace had two children. The first, Mary Ann, was christened in Mylor on 9 Jun 1805. The second, Grace, was christened in Manaccan on 11 Oct 1807. Neither James nor his wife Grace appear again in any record in the UK. Daughter Mary Ann likewise cannot be found. It is possible they emigrated. Grace Lardner, daughter of James, appears to have married to Richard Greenwood in Falmouth in 1835 and had two children there, whereafter they moved to Devon and were living in Rockbeare and Exeter before emigrating to Cape Province in South Africa in or shortly after 1852.
