In 1861 Johnson Vivian Jeffree, aged 19, born in Perranarworthal Cornwall, draughtsman, was boarding with widow Mary Rowe & her family in Perranwell, Perranarworthal.

In January 1873 Johnson Vivian Jeffree was present at the marriage of his sister Mary Jeffree to Walter John Perry in Deptford St. Paul, Kent.

In 1881 Johnson V. Jeffree, aged 39, born in Cornwall, resident engineer of water works, and wife Sarah J. Jeffree, aged 31, born in Devonshire, were lodging at E. J. W. Company, Leyton, Essex. Present were children William J. (9) of Erith Kent, scholar, Frank H. (7) of Erith Kent, scholar, Johnson S. (5) of Leyton Essex, Grace A. (3) of Leyton, Sarah J. (4 months) of Leyton.

In 1921 Johnson Vivian Jeffree, aged 79 years 7 months, born in Perran-ar-Worthal, widower, civil & mechanical engineer, retired, was at The Haven, Teignmouth, Devon. With him was daughter Sarah Jane Jeffree (40y 7m) of Leyton, single, Christ's Lady, home duties, Christians Secret Service, milliner & toy maker, composer, designer, artist.
