In 1901 Eleanor Gundry, aged 62, born in Camborne, widow, was in Fore St., Troon, Camborne. With her was daughter Ellen Jane (30) of Camborne, single, assistant teacher in board school.
In 1911 Eleanor Gundry, aged 72, born in Camborne, widow, housekeeper, was in Troon, Camborne. With her were son-in-law James Henry Davies (37) of Camborne, tin miner, daughter Ellen Jane Davies (40), no children, and granddaughter Mary Ann Dunstan (18) of Camborne, single, milliner.

DEATH OF MRS. ELEANOR GUNDRY.

The death of one of the oldest and much respected inhabitants of the village took place on the 25th ult., at Fore-street, Troon, in the person of Mrs. Eleanor Gundry, after a prolonged illness, at the advanced age of 77 years. Deceased was the oldest member of the Troon Wesleyan Church, and leaves two sons and a daughter, namely, Mr. John Gundry, Carn Brea, and Mr. Vincent Gundry, now in India, and Mrs. J. H. Davies, at Troon. The interment took place at the Troon Cemetery on Saturday afternoon amidst every token of respect.... The Rev. J. H. Parker officiated. The coffin was of unpolished oak with brass furniture, and the breastplate bore the inscription: "Eleanor Gundry, died November 25th, 1915, aged 77 years." The mourners included Mr. John Gundry, son ; Mrs. J. H. Davies, daughter ; Mr. J. H. Davies, son-in-law ; Misses A. Dunstan, Doris Gundry, Janie Gundry, grand-daughters ; Mrs. John Gundry, Mrs. Vincent Gundry, daughters-in-law ; Mr. John Trounce, nephew ; Mrs. J. Roach, niece ; Messrs. A. Terrill, John Davies, James Keverne, J. Gundry, Miss E. Bawden, cousins ; Messrs. J. M. Davies, W. Vivian, W. H. Bennetts.
