Abstract of the Will of Tobias Richards of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Mason, written 23 Apr 1840, proved 30 Dec 1840. ²

Gives to his daughter Mary Turner two gold earrings, one gold finger ring, five silver teaspoons, sugar tongs and £4, along with all his household furniture.

Gives to his son Tobias Richards his watch which has the hour, minute and second hands, and one shilling.

Gives to his son William Richards all his clothing, his watch which has the hour, minute and second hands, his old bed with bolsters, pillows and quilt.

Gives to his son William Richards and to his daughter Mary Turner his dwelling house in Tolcarne Street, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
