In 1823 Ann the wife of Samuel Grose was a beneficiary of her father's will, receiving £100.

In 1851 Ann Grose, aged 61, born in London England, farmer's wife, and husband Samuel Grose, aged 60, born in Somerset, farmer of 60 acres, were living in Wall, Gwinear, Cornwall. With them was niece Caroline Wearne (29) of Wales, housekeeper.

In 1857 Ann Grose was co-executor of the will of her sister Elizabeth Vivian of Wall, spinster.

In 1861 Ann Grose, aged 71, born in London, and husband Samuel Grose, aged 70, born in Somerset, civil engineer, were living in Wall, Gwinear. With them was niece Caroline Wearne (39) of Phillack, lady's companion.
