In 1742 Bennet was a residuary legatee of the will of his maternal grandfather James Kempthorne of Mullion.
In 1771 Bennet Pascoe was co-executor and a residuary legatee of his father's will.
Shortly before he died Bennet Pascoe attended the marriage of his daughter Elizabeth to Richard John in Helston.

Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife Phillippa Pascoe, his brother James Kempthorne Pascoe and his friend Thomas Daniel of Helston, surgeon, his freehold dwelling house in Helston, to hold in trust for his son Bennet Pascoe until he reaches the age of twenty-one years. If Bennet should die before coming of age, he wills his trustees to hold the same for his son William Pascoe. And if William dies underage, then he wills the same for his daughter Elizabeth now the wife of Richard John.
Gives £20 to his daughter Elizabeth.
Gives £20 to his son Bennet Pascoe.
Gives £20 to his son William Pascoe.
Gives & devises to his trustees his leasehold tenement in Mawgan called Carminow, to hold in trust for his said three children, Bennet, William and Elizabeth, as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
Wills that, after his death, his wife Phillippa Pascoe receive an annuity of £20 during her widowhood in lieu of dower. He also gives to his wife five guineas.
All the rest of his goods and chattels, rights and credits, he gives to his trustees, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
