In 1901 Emily V. Millett, aged 59, born in Gwinear, widow, keeper of the Guildhall, was living in Guildhall, Broad Sanctuary, St. Margaret & St. John. With her was son John L. V. (35) of Longford, manager of works.
In 1911 Emily Vincent Millett, aged 69, born in Gwinear, widow (mother of 5 children, 1 deceased), keeper of the building, was at Guildhall, Sanctuary, Westminster.
