In 1851 William Carne Vivian, aged 29, born in Gwinear Cornwall, timber merchant, and wife Mary Vivian, aged 24, born in Madras, British India, were living at 19 Clarence St., Madron, Cornwall. With them was William's sister Charlotte Vivian (15) of Gwinear.

  Marriage Information:

William married Mary de St. Paul Haigh, daughter of Judge James Haigh, on 3 Oct 1850 in Chesham-Bois, Buckingham, England. (Mary de St. Paul Haigh was born about 1826 in Madras, British India.)
