Gives to his wife Ann a legacy of £500, along with his stock of wines and liquors, his carriage and carriage horses, an annuity of £1,500 and his leasehold dwelling house in Denmark Hill with the use of the household furniture, plate, linen, china &c.
Gives to his son John Paynter his dwelling house in Lothbury in the City of London. Also gives him his freehold manor in . . . . . . . in the county of Cornwall, his freehold house in North Addington Place in co. Surrey, his leasehold dwelling house in Rupia Row Honey Lane Market in the City of London, and other premises.
Gives to his son the reverend Samuel Paynter his dwelling house in Kings Arms Yard and Wood Street in the City of London, and other leasehold premises there.
Gives to his son John Paynter the advowson of the parish church of Hatford in co. Berks.
Gives 50 guineas to his brother William Paynter, and 20 guineas each to William's children.
Gives 50 guineas to his brother Hercules Paynter, and 20 guineas each to Hercules' children.
Gives £200 to his brother Samuel Paynter, and £100 to Samuel's son, William.
Gives £100 to his brother James Paynter.
Gives £200 to his brother Johnson Paynter, and to each of his children excepting William, James and Samuel, the sum of £50 each.
Gives £200 to his sister Elizabeth Hawke, widow, along with an annuity of £25.
Forgives his nephews William, James and Samuel Paynter the debts they owe.
Gives 30 guineas each to Martha and Mrs [blank] the wife of a farmer in Cornwall, daughters of his sister Elizabeth Hawke.
Gives 20 guineas each to his nephew and nieces John Hawke, Elizabeth Stevens and Martha the widow of William Hawke.
Gives £200 to his nephew James Hawke of St. Issey in co. Cornwall.
Gives 20 guineas to John Duel Junr. of Fyfield near Windsor.
Gives £500 to Sarah Olding daughter of the late John Olding Esq.
Gives 20 guineas each to Stephen Olding and Ebenezer Olding, sons of the said John Olding deceased.
Gives £200 to the "British and Foreign Bible Society" instituted in London in 1804.
Gives £200 to the current treasurer of a Voluntary Society commonly known as The Church Missionary Society for Africa and the East.
Gives £20 each to his servants Charlotte Buckingham and Nathaniel Poulton.
All the rest of his real and personal estate he gives to his two sons John and Samuel, appointing them and his wife co-executors of his last will.

In a codicil dated 20 Nov 1832 Francis Paynter revoked the annuity of £1,500 to his wife, changing it to £1,200 per annum. Also revoked the legacies of 20 guineas each to his nephew and nieces John Hawke, Elizabeth Stevens and Martha the widow of William Hawke, voiding also the legacies to John Duel Junr., Stephen Olding and Ebenezer Olding.
