In 1911 Mildred Barnard, aged 13, born in Illogan Cornwall, school, was with her widowed mother in East Hill, Tuckingmill.

In 1921 Mildred Jervis, aged 24, born in Tuckingmill, married, home duties, husband Wm. Jervis, aged 26, born in Seaton Somerset, road stone quarrier, son Jack Jervis (4y 11m) of Tuckingmill, and daughter Kathleen Jervis (2y 1m) of Camborne, were with Mildred's widowed mother in Hugh Ville St, Camborne.

In the 1939 Register, Mildred Jervis (b. 24 Jun 1897), unpaid domestic duties, and husband William Alvin John Jervis (b. 28 Jun 1895), tin miner underground, were living in Halgarrack Gate, Praze-An-Beeble, Cornwall. At the same address were (children) Bernard H Jervis (b. 26 Aug 1923), tin miner underground, Dennis Jervis (b. 1 Oct 1926), at school, and three records officially closed.

Mrs M Jervis, Illogan

The funeral was held at Illogan Parish Church, the Rev. G. E. Bottomlay (Camborne) officiating, of Mrs. Mildred Jervis, aged 83, of 2, Paynters Lane, End Estate, Illogan.

Some years ago she had sung in the choir in the Primitive Methodist Church at Tuckingmill and was later associated with Illogan Downs Methodist Church.

Mourners were: Mr. D. Jervis and Messrs. and Mesdames W. A. J., B. H. and R. F. Jervis (sons and daughters-in-law), Messrs. and Mesdames M. Dunstan, T. Roberts, R. Colyer-Harris and B. Hugo (sons-in-law and daughters), Messrs. P. Jervis, R. Harris, Mesdames T. Bryant, B. Dunstan, the Misses S. Hugo, J. Colyer-Harris, J. Harris, T. Keast and Messrs. and Mesdames J. C. and M. Jervis, T. Harris, S. Kitchen, D. Dunstan, M. Jones, T. Keast, B. Phillips, R. Shipman, K, Nikulin, K. Allen, D. Mitchell and D. Laity (grandchildren and great-grandchildren), Messrs. J. Barnard and F. Sedgemore (nephews), Mr. T. Sedgemore (great-nephew), and Mrs. E. Lee.
