In 1605 James the son of Richard Whitta was a beneficiary of the will of his cousin John Julyan of Gwithian, who left him 4 shillings.

James Whita was named as a beneficiary of his father's will (proved 1626). 'James son of Ricchard White' died in 1624, such that James was living when his father wrote his will (date unknown).
