In 1851 Hanibal Rowe, aged 39, born in Camborne Cornwall, inn keeper, and wife Mary Ann, aged 32, born in Mylor Cornwall, were living in Treswithian, Camborne. Present were daughter Mary (10m) of Camborne, and two servants.

In 1861 Hannibal Rowe, aged 48, born in Camborne Cornwall, inn keeper, and wife Mary A., aged 41, born in Mylor Cornwall, were living in Treswithian, Camborne. With them were children: Mary (11), scholar, Emma (9), scholar, John (6), scholar, Henry (3), scholar, Lavinia (2), all born in Camborne.

In 1871 Hannibal Rowe, aged 58, born in Camborne Cornwall, inn keeper, widower, was living in [Treswithian] Camborne. With him were children: Mary (20), Emma (18), John (15), Harry (13), scholar, Lavinia (11), scholar, sister-in-law Emmaline Pearce (40) of Falmouth, unmarried, house keeper.

In August 1872 Hannibal Rowe was present at the marriage of his daughter Mary Rowe to William Dunkin in Penponds Cornwall.

In May 1880 Hannibal Rowe was present at the marriage of his daughter Emma Rowe to Alfred Bennett in Penponds Cornwall.

In 1881 Hannibal Rowe, aged 66, born in Camborne Cornwall, married, inn keeper & farmer of 40 acres employing 1 labourer, was living in Treswithian, Camborne. With him were children Harry Rowe (23) of Camborne, unmarried, clerk, Lavinia Rowe (21) of Camborne, unmarried, and sister* Emmaline Pearce (70) of Mylor Cornwall, unmarried, housekeeper.

Administration of the personal estate of Hannibal Rowe late of Treswithian in the parish of Camborne in the county of Cornwall, farmer, a widower, who died 5 November 1882 at Treswithian, was granted 21 December at Bodmin to Henry Rowe of Treswithian, farmer, the son, and one of the next of kin. Personal estate £1,419 12s. 6d. 3
