In 1861 Jane Vivian, aged 64, born in Camborne Cornwall, married, was living at Foundry House, Camborne. With her were children (unmarried) Joseph (29) of Phillack, foreman at brass & iron foundry, Elizabeth (24) of Camborne, Sidwell (22) of Camborne, and boarder Edward Vivian (59) of Monmouthshire, unmarried, fundholder and safety fuse manufacturer.

In 1871 Jane Vivian, aged 74, born in Camborne, widow, was living in Pendarvis Street, Camborne. Boarding was Edward Vivian (69) of Neath Abby Glamorganshire, unmarried, independent income.
