In 1822 Charles Vincent, jnr., was a witness at the marriage of his sister Prudence to John Thomas.

In 1841 Charles Vincent, aged about 40, born in the county, labourer miner, and wife Elizabeth, aged 35, born in the county, were living in Forest, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were children Grace (13), Charles (10), Thomas (8), John (6), William (4), and Elizabeth (1).

In 1851 Charles Vincent, aged 47, born in Illogan Cornwall, copper ore miner, and wife Elizabeth, aged 45, born in Camborne Cornwall, were living in Forest Estate, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were children (born in Illogan): Charles (22), copper ore miner, John (17), copper ore miner, Wm. (14), copper ore miner, Elizabeth (11), at school, Eliza (9), at school, and James (5), at school.
